Bob is MADA's Automotive Youth Educational Systems (AYES) State Representative. AYES is a youth initiative to recruit high school students to the lucrative and expanding automotive technician field.

A new paradigm in automotive technical education

Automotive Youth Educational Systems (AYES) is the premier organization helping to
create strong partnerships between local dealerships and nearby secondary schools
that offer high quality automotive programs. At a time when dealerships are finding it
increasingly difficult to hire qualified entry-level technicians, AYES is helping to satisfy
their needs through the implementation of a structured school-to-career strategy.
