Hugh
B. Roberts is a certified financial planner and partner
in The Rawls Company. He has been involved in working with
auto dealers, nationwide, regarding their estate and dealership-succession
planning since 1982. He specializes in dealing with the
issues that must be resolved by auto dealers and their
families in order to preserve assets and develop succession
plans for their dealerships.
In the
past 10 years, Mr. Roberts has spoken to 56 automotive 20
Groups, the North Carolina Auto Dealers Association and the
Utah Auto Dealers Association. He has also been a popular
speaker at the National Automobile Dealers Association’s
1995, 1999, 2001, 2002 and 2004 annual conventions. He has
a B.A. from the University of Colorado and an M.A. from Fuller
Seminary. |

David J. Ciambella, a highly energetic and outgoing
succession specialist and certified financial planner, has
worked with closely-held family business owners, specializing
in the area of estate and succession planning with The Rawls
Company since 1996. He is responsible for developing and
analyzing client relationships. Having graduated with a
B.A. from Rollins College of Winter Park, David continues
his participation in the student athletics program by serving
as vice president of the Rollins College Athletic Booster
Committee. He is also active with Special Olympics and Junior
Achievement programs and resides in Winter Park, Florida
with his wife and sons.
