New Option for Consumer Privacy and GLBA Safeguards Rule Compliance

MADA is exited to announce a new partnership with ComplyAuto that will help dealers meet the requirements of the revised FTC Safeguards Rule.

In staying ahead of the curve and continually looking for ways to support our dealers, MADA has been actively looking for a solution to help Michigan dealers comply with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act’s revised Safeguards Rule. We found solutions for compliance with ComplyAuto.

ComplyAuto is a regulatory tech company that currently serves more than 1,000 dealerships and some of the largest groups across the country. The company has partnered with NADA and a number of other state dealer associations. Its products and services include compliance with state consumer privacy laws and the federal GLBA Safeguards Rule, and advanced cybersecurity protocols that include penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, phishing simulation software, and security awareness training.

MADA will be hosting a webinar with Chris Cleveland, co-founder and CEO of ComplyAuto, to introduce the program to dealers and provide an overview of how it can assist with your consumer protection and privacy requirements.
