11:00 AM: Vehicle Theft and Carrier Fraud. Kyle McPhee, Michigan State Police (retired), will share trends in vehicle theft and carrier fraud. Kyle has trained investigators since 1998 and now serves as training coordinator for the Michigan Association of Vehicle Theft Investigators (MAVTI).
11:30 AM: Economic Outlook. Patrick Manzi, NADA Chief Economist, closes with an economic update and forecast for the automotive industry, helping dealers prepare for the new year.
